Because if I hear “Akane is violent and ugly and hits Ranma every time he opens his mouth. He should choose one of the other girls. They don’t beat him up.” one more time, I’m going to scream.
They’re violent, too.
They just don’t get to display their violence as much because Akane gets all the screen time, okay? Okay. Stop using the “Akane is violent, therefore *insert favorite girl character’s name here* is better and should get Ranma” thing in your debates.
In fact, I would argue that Shampoo, Ukyo, and Kodachi are actually worse than Akane. Just saying.
